Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If your return is rejected due to damage or signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.


Exchanges

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
